*Sigh* This makes me want to start editing again so bad. Probably the coolest/creepiest thing I've seen in JK. Please release it...

I really don't see why anyone would "quit" editing... Granted it's an old game, but who cares.. it's fun... plus you can make pretty much whatever you want. Even when I make something I am really proud of, it seems a month later, I make something that I think is by far better. Breaks are ok from editing.. I did it myself. Reclusion is the last MP level I released, and that was 2 months shy of 3 years ago.... then I released Lab last month... that was my first level in over 2 years. Now i'm back into the grove, I have so many ideas of things i can do.. especially now that I have 16bit mat access. haVen so far is BY FAR better than Reclusion.. and Reclusion was my pride and joy... now it seems to be just plain crap next to haVen.

Just make sure you do HaVen well... It's more important than doing it quickly... As long as it does become complete! Then, you'll be able to feel proud that you've once again brought a masterpiece to completion.

I never said I quit editing. I agree with you on all of that actually... editing is probably one of the most fun things I've done, and you can always do better which motivates you. But editing also takes loads of time and resources. I hope I never do quit editing, and I hope that someday I might end up doing it as a career.
