It's not out here till the 24th. I'll be exchanging all the crappy games I don't play and reducing myself to Gears, CoD2 and BIOSHOCK. I'll be buying Halo 3 at some point, but I'm currently playing through the first 2 to try and get into the story but I'm currently finding the first Halo incredibly tedious. I just don't find the weapons satisfying. Not like my beloved Bioshock demo...:neckbeard:

play.com already has it, though. Or maybe they just claim to have it now but send it after the 24th :P

I'm actually seriously considering to buy it since the demo ran so well in my comp, especially since it would most likely end up being even more fun next year when I upgrade my comp.

Apparently Bioshock's widescreen isn't so widescreen.
Interesting, but I REALLY don't care either way. It's something that'll probably be fixed in an update now that there's been and uproar about it.

Wait...that might be bull****. They might not be running in a high enough widescreen resolution to actually see anything. Higher res normal will show more than lower res widescreen.

Only this is happening with the 360 version as well, which right away, to an ignorant one such as myself, would seem to disprove that. Yes?

Either way, it doesn't effect me so much. I'm playing on my LCD monitor, so as long as it doesn't go all funky distorted at 1280x2024, I'm happy.

The demo I got from the torrent didn't run so well on my computer.

I'm going to try the steam demo to see if it's any better.

I was going to buy the Collector's Edition but supposedly the soundtrack disc on it has just 3 tracks (Moby and whatever remixes) so I think I'll just load it down someway someday.

Maybe I'll get this normal edition in a tin case from Amazon.
