Assuming that's glass... Glass does that after awhile. It warps. All of the windows in my house do it to a small extent. If you were to take a cross section of them, they'd be thicker at the bottom then at the top. I do find it strange, however, that the warping there appears to be side to side... not up and down... Gravity is what warps them. The only possible explaination for that would be that the glass was laying in a different direction for awhile before it was installed.
I'm looking too far into this, eh?
