Yes and no. If you are a convert to Christianity yes of course you will. But as a part of salvation God works in you to help you stop sinning. (although in this life no one ever completely stop sinning) As a true Christian you would try to stop sinning as much as you could. And since Homosexuality is a major sin you would do your best to avid it.

I'll be sure to bring my Bible up with me (so I can find the exact verse, and I left it at home), but the Bible does say that homosexuals will not be allowed access into Heaven.

No one who isn't saved will. Not just gays. However if they get saved and stop being homosexuall they will be saved. But stopping being homosexuall is an effect of getting saved, not a part of it. God's grace can cover any sin. If you can find the verse post it. But it dosen't exist.

I think there's only one sin which is actually unforgivable, fortunately it's kinda hard to commit at the moment. It's denying the Holy Spirit after having personally witnessed it.

Basically, if there is ever proof that God is real and you still deny his existance, you're pretty much stuffed.

Other than that, I think you just have to ask for forgiveness (and actually mean it).

It's not denying his existance as much as it's refusing to worship him.

In which case I'll be going to hell either ways. Go me!

I'm gonna say yes. People have controll over the actions that they do. People can stop smoking. People can stop being gay. Besides I have heard of gay people who have gotten saved, and then went on to have a normal familly. It may be difficult, but not impossible.

Obi - being gay is not about certain behaviour, your sexuality is something you feel, you can't change that. Sure, people can deny it, or realise that actually they're not gay (I've changed sexuality so many times it's stupid!) but you can't just choose not to be gay. And I really don't see how anyone could worship a deity that expected that of them.

People have control over their actions yes. Being gay isn't an action though, acting on gay desires would be an action but that's not the same thing.

I have no doubt that a gay man can go on to have a 'normal' family, but that doesn't mean they're not still attracted to men.
