I don't understand the lyrics but it's an anti-meth song. I know some people here have close and deep exeriences with meth, so I feel I can share a bit. Recently a close family friend became hooked on meth. Decent guy, decent job, life was mostly together. Moved to a new house, meth dealer round the corner got him trying the stuff. Went off the deep end, tried to kill himself, accused his wife of cheating and ran a huge gambit of delusions, lost his job due to being high on the job, lost his house, wife, and job, is living homeless now. His child is now living with the bio mom who's of questionable morals.
Otherwise I've personally never seen or dealt with meth, but seeing a person I cared about completely annihilate their lives and hurt everyone around them due to meth was depressing to watch.
