Germany is simply THE country for techno. Demonic Underground is a fantastic mix.

Man, we are simply in a golden era of self-published music (this has a record label, because it just rules, but feels like something you might find on bandcamp).

I've never listened to a lot of music? I know, it's a character flaw.

Favorite podcasts right now:
No Cartridge - Occasionally serious video game critique.
The Age of Napoleon - Engaging, wide-ranging history of, well, you can guess.
The White Vault - Fully voice-acted isolation horror with a multinational cast.

Honorable mention:
Mic Dicta - RIP. Recently cancelled left-leaning legal current events podcast. Accessible-ish to nonlawyers, so if you want that particular perspective on the last few months of news and you have the time it might be worth listening through the archive.
If you think the waiters are rude, you should see the manager.

Pink Floyd, The White Stripes, Arctic Monkeys, The Beatles, Nirvana

I have very special tastes.

It's exactly as stiff and awkward as you'd expect conservative rock to be

You weren't kidding. You can just tell that witnessing the counterculture movement probably felt to him like his brain was being scrambled.

What a great interview so far, I have been really making a lot of music with this attitude lately. I should start recording it!
