Just for you.

-Ultimate Hero shot.
-They looked like toys. Toys about to feel the wrath of a Fuel Rod Cannon.

Got a few more in the queue, hopefully they'll show up soon.

I uploaded my first kill on matchmaking (kudos to Bungie for making the needler deadly), a fun flood spank-down, and my launch into the end of the sp campaign. The ending is really a downer. :saddowns:

Asp, you do know that Master Chief isn't dead, right? After the cutscenes, there's a clip where he climbs into this cryo chamber thing and tells Cortana, "Wake me when you need me." as they're floating along in space.
I had a blog. It sucked.

I was just discussing that with a friend today who couldn't understand why people kept saying that. I told him it was because they were foolish and didn't do what you just said.

I wasn't talking about Master Chief.

End of trilogy doesn't necessarily mean end of series.

It means end of Master Chief, which they've stated about 500 times now.

I could see his plot line MAYBE being wrapped up in the novels or comics, but otherwise, his story is over.

The next plot lines will come from Halo Wars (which will probably just be a singular game) and whatever Peter Jackson is coming up with.

I think that the theater was one of the best innovations for the Halo series. You can learn so much from watching people, not to mention that it's just fun to play with. I've been tinkering with maps to make wallpapers for my desktop:

There's also a bit more to the ending if you complete it on Legendary.

End of Master Chief? Yea, right.

New screenshots uploaded! Also, new videos on my File Share if anyone wants to check them out. I added Phoenix and Fishstickz. Did anyone else post their tag?

I must say, I was not expecting to be impressed by this game, but I'm having a blast. Playing through on legendary without having played it on normal or heroic makes me feel awesome. :ninja:

That's how my friends and I did it. We also got all of the terminals and most of the skulls our first time through (and one of my friends wanted to turn them all on, despite our protests. We did turn them off for the last 3 levels). The final 3 levels were so frustrating. We must have spent 20 minutes just continuously dying at one point, but the last part of the last level made it all worthwhile.

That is the E.V.A. armor. The guy jumping in my last screenshot is wearing the Hayabusa helmet. You know, I've noticed something as more and more people have been beating the game. Want to guess what it is? Here's a hint:

Yeah, I've been wearing it because I actually felt accomplished after grabbing all the damn skulls. I found all of them but IWBYD on my own. =/ But now that everyone else is wearing it... I'll swap it out for the ODST helmet or something.

If anything, I'd say it looks better in motion than in screenshots.

My gamertag is "tiuk" if anyone wants to add me.

Especially some of the campaign environments. Sierra 117, Crow's Nest, and The Storm are simply awesome. The Ark and The Covenant have one of the best skyboxes EVAR. And Halo was awesome just for the "Full Circle" effect.

The first screenie is pure luck: my two buddies are running ahead of me towards an enemy that's another 20 or so feet behind this shot. When my buddy on the right steps around that obstacle, the red clown (who was crouched and not showing up on radar) darts out from the other side and goes to smack him down. I was already scoped in to cover them, and somehow popped him right in the head, just missing my buddy's arm. This whole sequence happened in under 2 seconds.

The other one is just fun times with a plasma nade. I took down 3 baddies with one fell swoop.

I was surprised when he said he'd never played Halo before until I remembered Xbox is only popular in the US. I think he wouldn't have had some of those complaints if he was familiar with the story. I was also surprised when he said no one likes multiplayer. The US can't be the only country that cares about online.

I think he said HE didn't care about multiplayer. Not that no one likes it.

Could be mistaken. He does talk fast, and I only watched it once, and that was hours ago.

Maybe this is one of the factors many kids in the US are overweight by playing countless hours on some MP game.

I prefer SP. It's like a book, you go through it once and you are done with it. You can also "re-read" that SP game by playing it again.

Well he said that if a games MP is great but the SP is crap then it isn't perfect.

When people play game for hours on end, they're playing, not eating. I've forgotten to eat plenty of times while playing games. That's why most gamers are skinny.

Actually many kids in the US are obese fo a variety of factors. The primary factor is economics: usually, now, both parents work a full time job and thus do not have time to prepare full, healthy, home-cooked meals. Food grade ingredients also cost more than many people can afford, leading them to purchase lower-quality prepared foods which are made with fillers and byproducts. These lower-quality prepared foods have lower actual nutritional value but elevated caloric content, typically through a large quantity of fats or by the use of high glucose corn syrup as a sweetener, both of which are also difficult to metabolize.

The increasingly sedentary lifestyle is largely because the parents do not set good examples for their children. Modern parents are too lazy and incompetent to engage in actual child-rearing or physical activities so instead they buy their children video game consoles in order to distract them.

To summarize: No, Warlockmish, you are not fat because of video games. You're fat because you're poor and you have bad parents.
