T stance. Both shoulders should be even. Legs should below shoulders. Whole body should be straight. The arm holding the bow should be straight. Don't grip it. Hold it as lightley as possible. String hand elboy should be above shoulder. String should touch: chin, lip, nose. You should stand still for 3 seconds before releasing. You can have a mechanical release which is best. But if your using your fingers or a grip thing, only use the top third joint of your fingers.

yeah. There was a balloon on the other side too, but they popped it when I came in because they filled it with white stuff (torn up paper). The other one soon followed suit.
