I went to buy new strings for my guitar yesterday, and came back with new strings, but there was a guitar attached to them.

I've been having to buy a cheap-ish acoustic to accompany my electric guitar, and this sounded very nice, and has a beautiful oak texture. I'm loving it.

Oh, yeah, it's a finnish guitar, made by Toledo, model DC-21. I've been having to buy an acoustic guitar for a long time, because electric just doesn't sound the same.

I decided to do it now rather than later - been reading about people having their cards closed unexpectedly, even with good credit/etc. I didn't want to risk losing out on the points I've been saving for years..figured I should cash them in.

How likely is the chance of that reoccurring when it was repaired for the same issue a couple of months ago? Honest question. Going by the description it was used sparingly after they got it back.

RRoD happened twice to my brother. The second time was about a year and a half after it was repaired by microsoft.

I've never had a RRoD on mind and I got it in december 2006. Hopefully I'm not jinxing myself.
