I played the original Simcity as a kid. I loved SimCity 2000. I was in heaven with SimCity 3000. Then when Simcity 4 came out I about puked when I had to make a bunch of small interconnected cities instead of one huge one. I took it back to the store. Is this one the same way to do you guys know?

Not that it matters. Not being able to play without an internet connection is a deal breaker. I absolutely will not buy it for that reason alone.

I still love SimCity 3000. I can't imagine topping it.

Did you ever play SC4? I never played 3000 so I couldn't compare.

Yeah SC3K is still my fav. I love SC4 in theory, but I always fail because I'm stuck in the SC3K mindset.

If you haven't been keeping up with the developments for the past week, it would take a small book to fill you in on what a colossal failure of a game Sim 'City' is. I cringe to think that a single person actually bought it.

I purchased the Humble Bundle with Android 5. I was pleasantly surprised to see that most (certainly not all) of the Steam keys resulted in successfully installed games under Linux (this hasn't been the case for many of the other packages).
